What will I be doing as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader?

Madiba is a community of loving people, dedicated to supporting and caring for young individuals aged between 7-18 years old. Our dedicated team are here to help young people through their challenges and provide them with the tools and guidance they need every single day.

  • Developing positive relationships with the young people in our care, their families and external agencies
  • Leading shifts within the home and supervising staff
  • Contributing to the young person's care plans and any risk assessments, supporting with implementation and reviews
  • Supporting young people with daily activities, educational needs and emotional wellbeing
  • Ensuring that good quality records are maintained as required
