This role involves developing relationships with various stakeholders, overseeing renewal execution, and ensuring process optimization. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations or Account Management, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English, and other European languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in Renewals or Account Management, ideally in the data centre industry.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and negotiations.
• Experience in managing remote or international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of the Renewals Operations Team.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
• Act as key liaison between Renewal Operations and Senior Leadership.
• Ensure execution of the renewal lifecycle process across all markets.
