We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Policy Manager (Conduct) to join our London-based team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help lead Aviva’s regulatory policy strategy (focusing on our UK businesses as well as Group-wide themes), working closely with senior leaders and key external stakeholders to influence the regulatory agenda and deliver outcomes that benefit our customers and our business.
The Regulatory Policy team, based in Group Public Affairs, is responsible for creating and delivering Aviva's regulatory policy strategy and advocacy. In this influential role, you will lead Aviva’s proactive and reactive conduct regulatory policy strategy. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders and act as a trusted ambassador for Aviva.
Working closely with Executives and senior leaders, you’ll support high-level policy engagement and external representation. You’ll also lead our response to emerging regulatory issues, helping to shape Aviva’s internal “house view” and aligning our regulatory policy with strategic business objectives and customer outcomes.
This is a high-profile position where you’ll represent Aviva externally and contribute meaningfully to industry-wide conversations, collaborating across the business to ensure our regulatory approach supports good customer and commercial outcomes.
