This is a full-time, office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Attending briefing calls and meetings alongside lead consultants.
• Conducting initial research into target organisations and industry sectors, maintaining, and making use of databases, online tools and the Ennis & Co network.
• Identifying a shortlist of candidates suitable for each search assignment.
• Completing verbal qualification of each candidate against agreed competencies and criteria for the role.
• Gaining candidate referrals from senior individuals and professional networks
• Being an advocate of a 'class leading 'candidate experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as Recruitment Consultant or as a Researcher within an executive search firm.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Able to initiate and develop professional relationships
• Aptitude to fully understand a client's brief.
• Ability to work at pace and use own initiative.
• Competency of using the Microsoft suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
