Job summary

Beeline seeks a Program Lead to own the day-to-day delivery of a complex vendor management program for a strategic client. You will manage client relationships, supplier performance, and program governance while driving continuous improvement across the lifecycle from submission to onboarding.

In this client-facing role, you will balance working under pressure with clear communication and action across suppliers and internal Beeline teams to ensure high service levels and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in complex client-facing operations or vendor management.
• Experience with staffing suppliers and external partnerships.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and drive decisions across organizations.
• Operational discipline with high-volume workflows and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret process requirements and recommend practical changes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, onboarding, staffing readiness, and activation.
• Ensure candidates progress through required program controls and approval gates.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client teams, interviewers, and onboarding resources.
• Respond to and resolve operational problems, scheduling constraints, and ownership gaps.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, SLAs, and documented processes.
• Maintain accurate program data and forecasting for resource needs.
• Develop SOPs, process flows, and training materials.
