Job summary

Beeline is seeking a Recruitment Program Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of a complex vendor management program for a strategic enterprise client. You will serve as the primary client contact, ensuring service delivery, supplier performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the program.

The role requires a credible, client-facing leader who can navigate a fast-paced environment, balance competing priorities, and drive action across suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or third-party suppliers and holding partners accountable.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills with demanding stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and program delivery to ensure credibility and satisfaction.
• Lead or coordinate program operations across candidate submission, screening, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Manage supplier performance, escalation handling, and compliance with SLAs and processes.
• Forecast workloads, maintain data integrity, and ensure accurate program reporting and governance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process flows, and training materials for the program.
