Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations, program management, MSP/VMS, staffing, or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or third‑party suppliers and holding external partners accountable for performance.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills; ability to communicate confidently with demanding stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships, program credibility, and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Lead or coordinate client meetings, reviews, and issue-resolution discussions; translate priorities into action plans.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage escalations, and ensure compliance with SLAs and process requirements.
• Maintain data integrity, drive continuous improvement, and document decisions and ownership.
