• 7+ years of professional experience in client-facing operations.
• Experience in MSP/VMS, staffing, or vendor management.
• Strong executive presence and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and SLA requirements; maintain data integrity and dashboards.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client teams, and internal resources to keep processes moving.
• Identify risks, escalations, and drive action with senior leadership when needed.
