Beeline seeks a Recruitment Program Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of a complex vendor management program for a strategic client. You will be the primary operational contact, accountable for service delivery, supplier performance, issue resolution, and program lifecycle movements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in complex client-facing operations or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or third-party suppliers.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and drive decisions.
• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across submission, screening, onboarding, and activation.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client teams, and onboarding resources.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary contact.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and process discipline.
• Forecast workload and resource needs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.
