Job summary

Beeline in London seeks a Program Lead to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a complex vendor management program for a strategic client. You will coordinate client relationships, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality service and governance adherence.

You will manage escalations, drive process improvements, and maintain disciplined program controls while communicating clearly with executives and stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in client-facing operations, program management, MSP or vendor management.
• Proven track record with external partners and suppliers, delivering results.
• Strong communication, executive presence and ability to drive decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational delivery of a complex vendor management program for a strategic client.
• Manage client relationships, governance meetings and issue resolution with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure program discipline, data integrity and adherence to SLAs and governance processes.
• Forecast workload, coordinate handoffs, and drive continuous improvement across the program.
