Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or third‑party suppliers and holding external partners accountable.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills with demanding stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and drive decisions across organizations.
• Strong operational discipline with high-volume workflows and accurate data.
• Ability to interpret process requirements and make practical recommendations.
• Comfort working across multiple systems, trackers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, interviewing, onboarding, staffing readiness, and activation.
• Ensure candidates progress through required program controls before advancing.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, internal teams, client stakeholders, and partners.
• Respond to and resolve operating problems quickly; manage scheduling and system issues.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, processes, and SLAs; maintain data integrity.
• Forecast workload and resource needs based on volume and priorities.
• Provide training on program processes and requirements as needed.
