Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations, program management, MSP/VMS, staffing, or vendor management.
• Demonstrated experience managing staffing or other third-party suppliers and holding external partners accountable for performance.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills with the ability to communicate confidently with demanding stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, resolve ambiguous issues, and drive decisions across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational delivery of a complex vendor management program for a strategic enterprise client.
• Lead client relationships and ensure program credibility through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate supplier performance, onboarding, and lifecycle activities across multiple partners.
• Maintain governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across the program.
