Job summary

Beeline is seeking a Recruitment Program Lead to drive day-to-day operations of a complex vendor management program for a strategic client. You will own client relationships, govern program delivery, and oversee supplier performance across submission, screening, onboarding, and activation.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in client-facing operations, MSP/VMS, staffing or vendor management, plus a strong executive presence and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong executive presence and client‑management skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and drive decisions across organizations.
• Experience in complex, vendor-managed programs (MSP/VMS) or staffing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume workflows with accuracy and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client experience and program credibility across procurement, leadership, talent, and other functions.
• Manage submission, screening, onboarding, and activation within the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate suppliers, client services, interview teams, onboarding resources, and other partners.
• Monitor and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure adherence to SLAs and procurement policies.
• Provide reporting, governance, and continuous improvement to optimize service delivery.
