Job summary

Beeline seeks a seasoned Recruitment Program Lead to own the day-to-day operational delivery of a complex vendor management program for a strategic enterprise client. You will serve as the primary operational contact, accountable for service delivery, supplier performance, and process discipline across the program lifecycle.

In this client-facing role, you will drive action with suppliers, internal teams, and client stakeholders, managing escalations, risks, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience with complex client-facing operations, program mgmt, MSP/VMS, staffing or vendor management.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, drive decisions, and hold external partners accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, SLAs, and documented processes.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client stakeholders, interview teams, and onboarding resources.
• Identify risks, blockers, and issues early; develop solutions and escalate when needed.
• Maintain data integrity and generate reporting for client governance and continuous improvement.
