Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations, program management, MSP/VMS, staffing, or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or third-party suppliers and holding external partners accountable for performance.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills to communicate with demanding stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, resolve ambiguity, and drive decisions across organizations.
• Strong operational discipline with high-volume workflows and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, staffing readiness, and assignment activation.
• Ensure candidates progress through required program controls and approval gates.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client services, stakeholders, interview teams, and onboarding resources.
• Respond to and resolve operational problems quickly and monitor for risks requiring escalation.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies, program requirements, and SLAs.
