Job summary

Beeline seeks a Recruitment Program Lead to helm the day-to-day operations of a complex vendor management program for a strategic enterprise client. You will act as the primary operational contact, driving service delivery, supplier performance, issue resolution, process discipline, and talent movement through the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in client-facing operations or program management.
• Experience managing staffing or third-party suppliers and holding external partners accountable.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills, with ability to influence across stakeholders.
• Ability to manage escalations, resolve ambiguous issues, and drive decisions across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client experience and program credibility across relationships with client stakeholders.
• Lead program operations including candidate submission, screening, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client teams, interview teams, and onboarding resources.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies, SLAs, and documented processes.
• Maintain data integrity and current program status across systems and trackers.
• Forecast workload and resource needs based on activity and priorities.
