Job summary

Beeline is seeking a Recruitment Program Lead to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a complex vendor management program for a strategic enterprise client. You will act as the primary operational point of contact, drive service delivery, supplier performance, issue resolution, and lifecycle movements of talent across the program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or program management.
• Experience managing staffing or other third-party suppliers and holding external partners accountable for performance.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and drive cross-organizational decisions.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail for high-volume workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client experience and program credibility across procurement, program leadership, talent, and related functions.
• Manage handoffs among suppliers, client services, interview teams, onboarding resources, and partners.
• Respond to issues quickly and resolve operational problems affecting candidate pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, program requirements, and SLAs.
• Maintain data integrity and current program status across trackers and systems.
• Forecast workload and resource needs based on volume and priorities.
• Lead or participate in client and internal training on processes.
