Job summary

Beeline is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Program Lead to oversee the day-to-day operation of a complex vendor management program for a strategic enterprise client. You will manage client relationships, supplier performance, and program governance to ensure timely delivery of talent through the lifecycle.

The role requires strong executive presence, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in client-facing operations, program management, MSP/VMS, staffing or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or other third‑party suppliers and holding external partners accountable for performance.
• Strong executive presence and client‑management skills with demanding stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, resolve ambiguous issues, and drive decisions across organizations.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail for high-volume workflows and accurate data.
• Ability to interpret process requirements, identify risk, and make practical recommendations.
• Experience working across multiple systems, trackers, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• HR, procurement, staffing or sales delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, interviewing, onboarding and activation.
• Ensure candidates progress through program controls and approval gates.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client teams and onboarding resources.
• Respond to and resolve operating problems quickly and ensure clear ownership.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, program requirements and SLAs.
• Maintain data integrity and reliable program status information.
• Forecast workload and resource needs based on volume and priorities.
• Provide client and internal training on program processes as needed.
