Job summary

Beeline is seeking a Recruitment Program Lead to oversee a complex vendor management program for enterprise clients. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and coordinate across suppliers, client stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver talent effectively.

The role requires strong client-facing leadership, vendor management experience, and a track record of maintaining program discipline and data integrity in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in complex client-facing operations and vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing and external suppliers.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and drive decisions.
• Strong operational discipline and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret process requirements and identify risk.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, onboarding, and activation.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client teams, and onboarding resources.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, policies, and process discipline.
• Forecast workload and resource needs; produce client reporting.
• Lead client meetings and issue-resolution discussions.
