We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join the TXM Recruit Team! We are looking for a professional in the FM sector with a proven track record in a 360-recruitment role. You will be part of a supportive team of perm consultants with a strong network of existing clients and opportunities to generate your own business.

This role is ideal for someone interested in progression and potentially managing and developing their own team in the future, supported by our internal training academy.

You will be encouraged to share your ideas and will have autonomy to run your own desk, with incentives for filling vacancies on existing accounts and developing new business.

You will receive support from senior team members with a strong network to aid your business development.

There is significant potential to develop business within existing accounts where we supply large numbers of contract staff.

Our focus is on quality of activity and results rather than strict KPIs, with no restrictions on target locations.
