Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a Primary Care Head office in Liverpool St. This is a prestigious front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors - providing a warm, professional, and efficient service that reflects both HCA's and our client's standards of excellence. You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for every patient and visitor.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including telephone and email enquiries.
  • Issue and explain client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support a seamless journey by communicating clearly and anticipating needs.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Work independently and confidently in a professional, fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
  • Confident working autonomously in a professional corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Healthcare or corporate front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential.
