Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client‑side environment.
• Proven experience in creating Business Cases and Estate Strategies.
• Knowledge of HM Treasury Green Book 5‑Case Model.
• Understanding of procurement in relevant sectors.
