Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with proven track record in dealing with Subcontractors and Clients.
• Thorough understanding of specifications, bills of quantities and drawings.
• Strong expertise in extracting quantities from drawings.

Responsibilities

• Liaising and reporting to the Surveying Director and Project Manager.
• Attending regular site meetings to keep the Surveying Director updated.
• Issuing interim payment applications and correlating payments received.
