A leading construction contractor in Greenwich is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a £10m care home project. You will work alongside Project and Contracts Managers, overseeing subcontractor procurement and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience with main contractors, particularly in care home or residential projects. This role offers a competitive salary range of £75K-£90K per year and the option for permanent or freelance work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a main contractor.
• Experience in care homes or residential schemes is preferred.
• Ability to manage packages, payments, and Cost Valuation Reports (CVRs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a £10m new build care home project.
• Work closely with PM and Contracts Manager.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and monthly valuations.
• Report to Commercial Director on financials and progress.
