A leading cost management team in Oxfordshire is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their ranks. This is a chance to work across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, public, industrial, logistics and regeneration. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of project costs, from site preparation, construction, labour, materials and plant, to fit-out, professional fees, taxes and anticipated running costs.
You will have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, with MRICS preferred but not essential. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor across multiple project stages is essential, along with strong knowledge of JCT and / or NEC contracts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, organisational abilities and a practical, problem-solving mindset are key. You will be confident in building relationships with clients and comfortable taking ownership of projects while contributing positively to a team environment.
