Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential / Social Housing, Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)

A well-established residential developer with a strong Yorkshire presence is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of new build and regeneration housing projects across the region.

This is a key commercial appointment, offering autonomy, stability and the opportunity to play a central role in the commercial management of live schemes.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of residential and social housing developments across Yorkshire
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• Valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts
• Working closely with site and project teams to drive commercial performance
• Managing risk and ensuring strong financial control across projects

About you

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Project QS ready to step up
• Background in residential and/or social housing projects
• Comfortable running projects independently from start to finish
• Strong commercial awareness with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
• Yorkshire-based or happy to work across the region
