A leading engineering consultancy in Glasgow is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee costs for major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and be MRICS qualified, with strong skills in cost management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure programme in Scotland.
You will be responsible for estimating, monitoring, and managing the costs associated with construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management will be instrumental in the successful execution of construction projects.
Ideally Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.
Occasional site visits will be required so having your own transport is essential.
SC Clearance
Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
