About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Derry team. You’ll play a key role in managing and delivering high‑profile projects across multiple sectors, including:

  • Acting as Quantity Surveyor on healthcare, residential and education projects.
  • Providing Bank Monitoring services on commercial and residential schemes.
  • Leading cost and programme control across projects valued in excess of €100m nationwide.
