Job Role

As the Senior Quality Manager , you will lead a quality team of five, including 2 Quality Managers and 3 Inspectors, across two sites in Heathrow and Tewksbury. Your focus will be on driving compliance, improving customer satisfaction, and embedding continuous improvement practices. You'll ensure delivery of high-quality products, develop and evolve quality systems, lead improvement initiatives, and maintain readiness for customer and regulatory audits.
