Qualifications

• Proven experience operating at Senior QS level on major infrastructure, civil engineering or utilities projects.
• Strong hands-on experience working under NEC forms of contract.
• Ability to lead commercial processes autonomously while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of a major capital works project from pre-construction through to final account.
• Administration and management of NEC contracts, including change control, compensation events, and cost forecasting.
• Managing and developing a Cost Clerk, with potential oversight of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
