A leading mental health service provider in Kent is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join the Hospital Liaison Psychiatry service. This role involves providing high-quality assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing mental and physical health issues. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate-level qualification in Clinical/Counselling psychology, HCPC registration, and experience in various clinical settings. Are you a registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with a passion for providing exceptional care? We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Hospital Liaison Psychiatry service as a key member of the senior clinical team.
The Liaison psychiatry service provides mental health advice and support to individuals receiving care and treatment at general hospitals in Kent and Medway. General hospital staff can refer anyone over the age of 18 who attends A&E or is an inpatient on a medical or surgical ward. The liaison team offers advice, support or a full mental and psychological health assessment as appropriate, ensuring holistic consideration of physical and mental health to enable best possible care in a collaborative way.
