Overview

BAM has launched several high-priority cross-firm Treasury initiatives to support the firm's continued growth; the Treasury technology team will be working closely with Treasury and multiple other teams to help deliver these initiatives. The Senior Project Manager will sit within the central Product & Project Management organization within Enterprise Technology. They will interact with business teams such as Treasury, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and multiple Engineering teams as well as Front Office teams to manage the delivery of the Treasury initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasury, Operations, and Product Management to understand business requirements and build out a technical delivery plan.
• Manage global projects with users and technologists in multiple locations and timezones.
• Build detailed project plans (scope, timeline, budget, risks) and run complex, cross-functional projects.
• Align with business users and stakeholders on minimum viable product, phased delivery plans, and "definition of done".
• Drive regular stand-ups for updates, identify blockers, and align priorities.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices, standards, and frameworks for change management and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management; global experience a must
• Knowledge of Treasury Functions (collateral management, liquidity, prime brokerage, and Treasury Management Systems) or Prime Services functions
• Demonstrable understanding of pre- and post-trade workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of modern software architecture and SDLC using Agile
• Experience with Multi-Strategy hedge funds is a plus
