Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience translating project data for C-suite audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to lead project teams and govern portfolios.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation and practitioner-level proficiency evident.
• Proven track record in BPO or closely related operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams with clear accountabilities and delivery plans.
• Provide accurate portfolio reporting on delivery, costs, milestones and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead multiple complex projects, managing cross-project risks and dependencies.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and wider project teams.
