Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a project portfolio. The role requires extensive BPO experience, strong reporting to C-suite, and the ability to drive change across the business in a hybrid UK-based setup.

You will guide Project Managers through the full lifecycle, develop capability, and apply PRINCE2 principles to ensure delivery excellence and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ senior project management experience.
• PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.
• Experience in a BPO environment or similar fast-paced operation.
• Experience with portfolio governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams with robust delivery plans and secure required resources.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, resources, dependencies and benefits.
• Ensure all projects comply with governance, quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead multiple complex, interdependent projects and manage cross-project risks and dependencies.
• Provide senior portfolio governance and clear reporting for internal, external and C-suite stakeholders.
