Job summary

You will guide Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle and have 5+ years in senior PM roles, with PRINCE2 accreditation and proven BPO/operational change experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in senior project management roles.
• Experience delivering complex operational projects in BPO or similar environments.
• Strong reporting and communication skills for C-suite audiences.
• PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑performing project teams and secure required resources.
• Provide portfolio governance and reporting on delivery, costs, milestones and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coach Project Managers and drive delivery across multiple, interdependent projects.
