Job summary

Teleperformance SE is seeking a senior project manager to lead complex operational projects and provide strategic governance across a broad portfolio in the UK. The role requires a track record of delivering change in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and at least five years in senior project management.

You will apply PRINCE2, drive delivery, coach project managers, report to C-suite, and work with stakeholders to maximise benefits and align with strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 principles and governance practices essential.
• Strong portfolio management and stakeholder reporting skills.
• Proven team leadership and coaching experience.
• Risk management and issue resolution capability.
• Experience delivering business change in BPO environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects within a portfolio, aligning with business outcomes.
• Ensure governance, controls, reporting and delivery assurance.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and project teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and C-suite stakeholders.
• Translate project data into clear executive reporting.
