Teleperformance is hiring a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a broad project portfolio. You will report to C-suite and guide Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle, shaping the project team's strategy and capabilities.

The role requires extensive BPO experience or transferable skills, strong governance discipline and PRINCE2 accreditation, with a hybrid pattern across Glasgow/ Gateshead/ Manchester and Jan 2027 start.

Competenze

• At least five years' experience operating at a senior project management level.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner accreditation is essential.
• Experience delivering complex operational and business change projects.
• BPO environment or closely related operational setting experience.
• Experience managing BPO TUPE projects and associated change.
• Proven ability to report clearly to C-suite and stakeholders.
• Proven team management, coaching and lifecycle development.
