Teleperformance is hiring a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a broad portfolio. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and translate project data into clear, actionable reporting for C‑suite audiences.

The role guides Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle, requires at least five years in senior PM roles, and current PRINCE2 accreditation.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in a senior PM role and portfolio governance.
• Experience delivering complex operational and business change projects in BPO or similar.
• Proven ability to communicate to C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-performing project teams and develop delivery plans with required resources.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers, keeping projects on schedule and budget.
• Provide senior governance across projects and maintain reporting for stakeholders.
• Mentor Project Managers and embed policies and standards.
