Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a broader portfolio in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will translate project and portfolio information for C-suite audiences and shape the strategy of the project team, guiding Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Five+ years’ senior project management experience in a BPO or similar fast-paced operation.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.
• Experience delivering complex operational and business change projects, not just IT delivery.
• Experience managing BPO TUPE projects and associated operational change.
• Strong reporting and communication to C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams and delivery plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance with reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, resources, dependencies and benefits.
• Ensure projects comply with governance, quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead multiple complex and interdependent projects, manage cross-project risks.
• Provide direction and coaching to Project Managers and wider project teams.
• Develop and embed project policies, processes and standards.
• Provide senior portfolio governance and reporting for stakeholders.
• Build trusted client and stakeholder relationships to enable change adoption.
• Apply PRINCE2 principles across planning, governance, controls, reporting and delivery.
• Own risk, issue and dependency management with escalation and mitigation.
