You will guide Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle and ensure governance and delivery excellence. With 5+ years in senior PM roles and PRINCE2 accreditation, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and drive value for the wider business.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of senior project management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operation.
• Strong reporting and communication skills for C-suite audiences.
• Proven ability to lead multi-project portfolios and govern delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams with clear accountabilities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report delivery, costs, milestones and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Lead interdependent projects, manage cross-project risks and dependencies.
• Coach Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle and embed standards.
• Provide senior portfolio governance and reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with clients to enable successful change adoption.
