Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a broad portfolio. You will translate portfolio information into clear reporting for C-suite audiences and shape the team’s strategy.

You will guide Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle, with at least five years’ experience in senior PM roles within BPO or similar environments, plus current PRINCE2 accreditation.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience at senior project management level.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.
• Experience in BPO or closely related operational setting.
• Experience delivering across a portfolio with governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing project teams and develop robust delivery plans.
• Provide timely reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, resources and benefits.
• Ensure projects comply with governance, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead multiple complex projects and manage cross-project risks.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and wider teams.
• Develop and embed project policies and standards.
• Provide portfolio governance and reporting for stakeholders.
