Senior Project Manager - North West with Hybrid working
Sectors Considered

Nuclear, Energy, Power, MOD, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Manufacturing,Engineering,Industrial, and Scientific.

Project Size

£500k to £150 million (Nuclear new builds and refurbishments)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects on behalf of your client, managing the post contact phases through to successful handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of all project activities.
  • Engage directly with clients to manage expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take responsibility for contract administration, risk assessment, and act as the Employers Agent where required.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally with a focus on complex, large-scale projects.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated ability in client management, risk mitigation, contract administration, and taking on the role of Employers Agent.
  • Qualifications:
  • NEC Contractual experience is essential.
  • A construction-related degree is required (Chartered status is a bonus).
