Introduction to the team: Private Label Solutions (PLS) is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We bring Expedia Group\'s innovative technology and distribution solutions to partners across the world. These businesses include global financial institutions, corporate managed travel, offline travel agents, global travel suppliers (like major airlines) and many more.

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Project Delivery team, to work with a number of internal teams to deliver initiatives across our API and template solutions. You will be responsible for delivering initiatives on time and for ensuring all project team members are consulted and fully informed of delivery dates and solution details.

What You\'ll Do

• Build the basic structure of a program including goals, prioritization, project team resources (people and budget), roles and responsibilities, communication plan and delivery phases

• Define team governance and implement processes to improve team execution and delivery

• Active identification and mitigation of any project issues, risks and dependencies and provide status updates as and when needed

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve complex problems

• Present a clear thought process and framework to establish success criteria to measure the success of various initiatives. To drive organizational effectiveness, you ensure these metrics are actioned regularly and reported on openly

• Collaborate with key team members by helping them to successfully navigate through critical business changes

• Guide program delivery and outcomes in line with Expedia Group\'s priorities and adjust the goals accordingly

• Creatively develop visual aids and other content to share complex information with executives and project team members

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelors\' degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across various teams and time zones, with a strong bias for action

• Experience in delivering challenging messages in a factual, independent, non-biased way

• A passion for Project Management and effective teamwork

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $161,000.00 to $225,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $257,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
