A leading insurance organisation is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a strategic technology transformation programme. This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of technology change projects, overseeing system mapping, and managing stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have a proven track record in delivering large-scale technology changes in financial services, particularly in insurance. The position offers a hybrid work model with 2 days on-site and 3 remote, for a 6-month contract starting January 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology change in Financial Services, ideally Insurance.
• Strong understanding of Broker environments (not underwriting).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to operate with discretion.
