Senior Project Manager – Office Projects (London)

Salary : £70,000–£85,000 + benefits

A leading global property consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its London Project Management team.

The role will focus on the delivery of office fit-out, refurbishment and repositioning projects , primarily within Central London. Schemes typically range from 5,000–50,000 sq ft , covering both occupier-led Cat B fit-outs and landlord refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from brief through design, procurement, construction and handover
  • Act as client lead, providing strategic project and commercial advice
  • Manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders
  • Prepare fee proposals and support business development activities
  • Oversee programme, cost, quality and risk management
  • Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering London office sector projects
  • Strong background in project management (building surveying background preferred)
  • MRICS or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
  • Confident client-facing professional with strong commercial awareness
  • Experience contributing to or leading client pitches and winning work
