As a Senior Project Manager, you\'ll play a vital role in leading the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success across multiple, concurrent workstreams.

The Senior Project Manager role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, procurement, planning, delivery, and close-out. You\'ll act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, ensuring that objectives are achieved in terms of quality, programme, and cost.

Your role will involve leading multidisciplinary teams, developing and maintaining project controls, overseeing contract administration, and chairing project meetings. You will also provide input on strategic decisions and mentor junior team members, contributing to the long-term success of the practice.

Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a built environment or project management discipline
  • Chartered or working towards (RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent)
  • Proven experience delivering projects within commercial, healthcare, or residential sectors
  • Previous consultancy background strongly preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
  • Solid knowledge of procurement and contract administration (e.g. JCT, NEC)
