The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the management of a large design project, multiple smaller projects or portfolio of works including project financial and programme responsibility. The role is to manage projects / packages of work, managing a multi-disciplined design team alongside a design lead. Carrying out programming and financial management of the design phase as well as undertaking site visits, leading client and internal design and progress meetings and ensuring health and safety is always considered.
Risk management will be a key part of your role, you will identify early potential risks and implement timely solutions to ensure the projects are completed safely, on time, within budget; and monitor the performance delivery to ensure it meets the recognised standards of productivity, quality, and compliance.
