Job Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an IC3 Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support network scaling projects in the London Heathrow (LHR) region. This role provides hands-on program coordination and vendor management to ensure OCI’s networking infrastructure scales effectively to meet customer demand for CPU and GPU workloads. The IC3 TPM will contribute to program delivery, partner with LV vendors, and collaborate across teams to drive operational readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Program Support: Assist in planning and tracking network scaling projects in the LHR region.
  • Infrastructure Coordination: Support infrastructure builds and upgrades, ensuring tasks are executed on schedule.
  • Vendor Management: Work with LV vendors to track deliverables, elevate issues, and ensure compliance with OCI standards.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and capacity planning teams to align project milestones.
  • Execution & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, status updates, and dashboards to support leadership visibility.
  • Customer Impact Awareness: Ensure scaling efforts align with performance requirements for CPU and GPU workloads.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in networking or cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure concepts (fiber, DWDM, metro builds) and vendor coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of summarizing technical details for cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

This IC3 role provides a foundation for developing into higher-level TPM positions. By gaining experience in vendor management, infrastructure scaling, and cross-team collaboration, the TPM will build the skills necessary to advance toward IC4 responsibilities in program leadership and strategic delivery.
