Responsibilities

• Perform technical onboarding for customers.
• Provide data collection design guidance.
• Develop custom searches, dashboards, and monitors.
• Write custom parsers and SIEM rules.
• Deliver training and enablement.

Skills

Hands-on experience with SIEM tools

Experience with parsing and querying logs

Experience with infrastructure monitoring metrics

Experience with configuring Kubernetes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

BS/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Engineering
