About the team

Angi is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Product Manager to join our Operations Product team. This high-impact role is crucial to the success of a major global program focused on consolidating core operational systems and processes.

You will be a critical part of a team developing the future of Angi’s operational tools, powered by artificial intelligence to optimize productivity and effectiveness. You will leverage your deep expertise in workflow optimization and system design to craft efficient, scalable service delivery flows that directly impact our core metrics.

This role demands a systems‑thinker who can seamlessly blend operational requirements with platform architecture to drive quantifiable efficiency gains and transformation across our global organization.

What you’ll do
  • Define Product Strategy & Vision: Own the product roadmap and long‑term vision for global Operations workflows, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and operational goals.
  • Lead Discovery & Requirements: Conduct comprehensive discovery across US and EU stakeholders to capture, define, and prioritize product requirements for Ops transformation initiatives.
  • Drive Cross‑Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary product voice, managing stakeholder consensus and coordinating execution across engineering, operations, and adjacent platform teams.
  • Manage Product Execution: Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept and prioritization through development, launch, and post‑launch iteration and optimization.
  • Measure and Optimize Outcomes: Define key success metrics, analyze product performance against business goals, and iterate based on data‑driven insights and pilot learnings.
  • Manage Critical Dependencies: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate external dependencies (e.g., core services, data availability) that block the team’s ability to deliver key features and achieve product scale.
Who you are
  • Experienced Product Leader: 5+ years of product management experience, including leading engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • AI/ML Familiarity: Experience integrating AI or machine learning models into production workflows to drive operational outcomes.
  • Salesforce Domain Expert: Deep, hands‑on experience with Salesforce (or similar tooling), including proficiency with complex workflow automation, and utilizing artificial intelligence to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Results‑Based Approach: Proven ability to adopt a build, test, and measure approach, using quantitative data to define success criteria and prioritize work that delivers measurable operational impact.
  • Cross‑Functional Management: Demonstrated success managing complex cross‑functional stakeholders to align on requirements and successfully launch mission‑critical products.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and business problems to executive and frontline audiences.
Role requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B, B2C, or marketplace setting.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, launching, and managing mission‑critical enterprise applications used by large operational teams (1,000+ users).
  • Experience building AI‑powered service solutions a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive product strategy through a hypothesis‑led roadmap that connects with overall company strategy.
  • Experience in independently leading all phases of a business initiative, including the development of business cases and subsequent delivery through to benefits realization.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.

We know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems. We welcome and value individuals who bring diverse life experiences, educational backgrounds, cultures, and work experiences.
